Time recording

Time recording LIVE

You’ve arrived at work, and it’s time to tell MiQuado that your day is starting.
To do this, on the Time recording machine page, click on the START button. A popup will inform you of the start time. If you have made a mistake, cancel the action on the popup by clicking Cancel start.

Your day continues, and it’s time for you to take a break (meal/cigarette/coffee).
Still on the Time recording page, click on the PAUSE button. A popup informs you of the start time of your break. If you have made a mistake, cancel the popup by clicking on Cancel break.

When you return from your break, click on the START button to resume your work activity.

Once your day is over, click on the STOP button. A popup will inform you of the end of your timetable and wish you a good end to the day. If you’ve done something wrong, cancel the action on the popup by clicking Cancel end.

As you can see, it couldn’t be simpler.

You should be aware, however, that there are rules for controlling your stamping. If you stamp during a BREAK, and then don’t stamp again for the rest of the day, the system will consider the break as a STOP, and therefore the end of the working day. A notification will inform you of this the next time you open an application.

The same applies if you forget to stamp after an entry. If the resulting working time exceeds 14h00, the system will stop the stamper for you. A notification will also inform you of this the next time you open. And you can correct the stamping perfectly with the MANUAL RECORDING option.

Several missions

You may have several missions to do on the same day. In this case, before you start recording, make sure you’ve selected the right mission at the top of your Time recording page.

As soon as your working time starts, it will be impossible to change the mission, your time recording must be stopped to make this manipulation.

Manual Time recording

You are already at your workplace and forgot to time recording. You have finished your day without ever time records your work hours.

Current Week

Here are the steps to follow on MiQuado:

  • On the Time Recording page, press the MANUAL RECORDING, button
  • Add your Input/Output times according to your work hours
    • To add an entry, press the ADD button,
      • Click on the added time (default is the current time), and choose your entry time,
    • Press ADD again if you also need to add an exit time,
      • Click on the added time (default is 1 hour later than the previous entry), and choose your output time,
    • To delete an entry or an exit, press the TRASH icon.
    • Press the OK button to confirm your changes.

Note that the order in which you inputs/outputs doesn’t matter, the system will automatically reorder the recording times.

Also use the Forward or Backward day option in your week to adjust the recording time for other days. Be aware that if you record in the future, the timer and record buttons will be grayed out until the start/end of your input. Delete your record to unlock this situation.

Previous Weeks

If you want to modify the recording time for previous weeks, follow these steps:

  • On the Reports page, open the report corresponding to the week you want to modify,
  • On the relevant day, press the pencil icon next to the Time recording label,
  • Modify your recording time like manual recording (see previous explanations),
  • The recording times are automatically converted to Normal Hours,
  • Press the Save button, a popup will inform you that the save was successful, and that you will absolutely still need to validate your report. Save Validate.
